Return / Exchange:

Returns or exchanges are accepted only if the product is wrong, wrong size, or damaged. Request must be made within 48 hours of delivery.

Proof Required:

A continuous unboxing video is mandatory to claim wrong/damaged product returns.

Non-Returnable:

Used or washed products, items without original tags/packaging, orders without unboxing video, free gifts, or already exchanged items.

Refund:

Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method. COD refunds will be sent via UPI / Bank Transfer / Kukus91 Wallet. Shipping & COD charges are non-refundable unless the error is from our side.

Exchange:

Size/color exchanges are subject to stock availability. ₹100 shipping fee applies.
